What the fee buys

What's in — and what isn't.

The 8% fee is for logistics, verification, and orchestration. It is explicitly not for the things nobody should be buying from a proxy anyway.

The fee covers

  • OEM selection — picking the right manufacturer for the compound.
  • Batch verification — cross-checking against our COA archive before routing.
  • COA cross-check — confirming the batch you're getting matches the one you paid for.
  • Shipping orchestration — domestic warehouse routing, consolidated carts.
  • Incident dispute mediation — if a batch is off, we broker the rework or refund.

The fee does not cover

  • Medical advice. Not what we do; not what the fee is for.
  • Harm reduction. We publish data; we don't counsel on personal use.
  • Product warranties. Those sit with the OEM, not with TitrateLab.
